Shadril Hassan Shifat

Software Engineer, Researcher

I’m Shadril Hassan Shifat, a software engineer and researcher passionate about creating reliable, human-centered AI systems that combine rigorous research with strong engineering. I work at the intersection of applied AI and large-scale software systems, aiming to make intelligent models not only powerful but also interpretable, safe, and reproducible.

My experience spans evaluating multilingual LLM reasoning, developing multi-agent research pipelines, and engineering scalable microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures used in production for finance and healthcare applications. I enjoy turning complex AI ideas into real, high-performing systems through clean, maintainable code and thoughtful design.

My core focus areas include Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Explainable AI (XAI), Reinforcement Learning (RL), and Agentic AI. I’m driven by the goal of building models that reason, explain, and collaborate effectively with humans. Across both research and engineering, I emphasize transparency, safety, and reproducibility to ensure that AI systems remain trustworthy and human-aligned.
